One continuous workflow

From first click
to next ride.

Bike Rental OS follows the bike through the entire rental—not just the online booking. Your counter and workshop finally work from the same live status.

01
Book

Online reservation or a fast walk-in.

02
Assign

Match the right bike, size and unit.

03
Ride

Know what is out and when it is due.

04
Return

Inspect, capture damage and collect.

05
Ready

Route service work back to availability.

The hidden operational gap

Rental days break between the tools.

A reservation can be correct while the bike is not ready. The OS connects the decisions that generic calendars, messages and workshop notes leave apart.

Without one operating view4 sources

The booking says yes. The operation says maybe.

Availability, preparation and service decisions drift apart exactly when the counter gets busy.

With Bike Rental OS Live

One status the whole team can act on.

Every handoff updates the same rental, the same bike and the same view of what happens next.

The operating system

The whole rental. Not another isolated tool.

Each module shares the same customer, booking and bike status. That is what turns a collection of features into an operating system.

01 / Bookings

Bookings the counter can actually use.

Online reservations, phone requests and walk-ins draw from the same live fleet.

Explore bookings
02 / Live fleet

Availability down to the actual bike.

Sell capacity by type and size while unit condition stays visible.

Explore fleet
03 / Returns & workshop

A return is not ready until the bike is.

Inspection issues become visible work instead of disappearing into a note.

Explore maintenance
04 / Payments & waivers

Know what is complete before pickup.

Keep payment, deposit and waiver readiness next to the rental.

05 / Customers & insight

The story behind every rental stays attached.

Customer history, bike usage and operational patterns remain useful after return.

Designed for real rental days

Online bookings meet the morning rush.

Tourist rental shops rarely operate through one channel. Bike Rental OS is designed to keep advance bookings, phone requests and walk-ins aligned with the same fleet.

  • Fast walk-in creation without losing unit control
  • Bike type, size, add-ons and customer details together
  • Pickup preparation and return status visible to the whole team
  • Maintenance downtime reflected in availability

Built around the handoffs

One system. A useful view for every role.

The counter, fleet team, workshop and owner should not need four versions of the truth. Each role sees the decisions it needs from the same operation.

Today at the counter

Move the line without losing the operation.

Prepare pickups, create a walk-in, take payment and complete the return from one fast daily view.

Questions a rental operator should ask.

Clear answers about the current private beta and the operating model behind Bike Rental OS.

Is Bike Rental OS available today?+

Bike Rental OS is accepting requests for a private beta. The product previews show the workflows being developed, and early access will be opened gradually to suitable rental operations.

What size rental operation is it designed for?+

The initial focus is independent and multi-location bike and e-bike rental businesses with roughly 20 to 500 bikes.

Does it support both online bookings and walk-ins?+

That is a core part of the product direction: advance reservations, phone requests and counter walk-ins should use the same live fleet availability.

Can it track individual bikes as well as categories?+

Yes. Capacity can be managed by bike type and size while condition, status, rental history and maintenance stay attached to each physical unit.

How does maintenance affect availability?+

A bike sent to the workshop is intended to stop contributing to rent-ready availability until its work is completed and reviewed.

Will Bike Rental OS charge a booking commission?+

The planned model is a predictable subscription based on operational scope rather than a percentage of the bookings your own demand creates.
